Return, Refund & Exchanges Policy

Including:
*Order number, *Your Name, the question you have, and the photos of the product if necessary. So we can locate your order and get back to you with more details.

Our policy lasts 60 days after order delivery. If 60 days have gone by since the order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if size wrong)

If you chose a wrong size, a size do not fit, email us at forestcoral6@gmail.com. We would send you a new size item for free but you need to take the shipping fee. No need to send the wrong size item back.

We would replace items for free if they are defective or damaged.

Return & Refund Shipping

To return your product, Please send us an email with your name & order number. We would solve your shipping issue.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return Shipping Fee may be expensive as you need to send the items back to China.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

When we get your returned items, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Compensation Time-Frame:

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 1 business day upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

  • Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
  • Credit card refunds: Between 3-5 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
